1. Who We Are

We operate as an independent visa assistance provider. We collaborate with a licensed visa agency based in Indonesia to facilitate the processing of visa applications. We are not an immigration authority or government institution.

2. Services Provided

Our role is to assist clients with Indonesian visa applications by:

• Providing guidance on visa options and requirements
• Assisting with document collection and preparation
• Coordinating payments with our licensed visa partner

All applications are submitted and processed through our licensed agency partner in Indonesia.

3. Pricing & Payments

All quotes are based on the visa type, service level, and current fees. Prices may include a margin for our coordination services. Full payment is required before the application process begins.

We accept payments via bank transfer or other approved methods. Pricing is final at the time of invoice unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a visa application has been submitted to immigration, fees are generally non-refundable. If a cancellation is made before submission, partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of processing and agency costs already incurred.

Visa rejections by immigration are outside of our control. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

5. Your Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful information. You agree to:

• Provide correct and complete documentation
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Comply with Indonesian immigration laws and requirements

We are not responsible for delays or visa denials caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and our licensed partner. We are not liable for final immigration decisions, delays due to government procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Use of Personal Information

We collect and use your personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating your visa application. Your data is only shared with our visa agency partner and is not sold or disclosed to any third party.
